Explore Giralia Station at your own pace, historic buildings and walk trails. We will show you the best sunset this side of the black stump.

Feel the great expanse of the Australian Outback as you enjoy a traditional Aussie barbeque under the brightly lit stars of the Milky Way while you relax by the campfire.

All this, with the peace of mind of returning to your own bed, for a well-deserved sleep.



Bullyardie Outback Adventures, based in Exmouth, Western Australia, will help you explore the Ningaloo Reef and experience Outback Station life. You have the choice of our full day tour "Where the Ocean meets the Outback" or the half day tour "Go Bush at Giralia Station" the choice is yours.

Our big full day adventure “Where the Ocean meets the Outback” you can experience the best of both world’s all in one day. From 11.30am – 9.30pm.

On our half day adventure “Go Bush at Giralia Station”. You will join the Giralia Station part of the tour. From 2.35pm – 9.30pm.

From pick-up to drop-off, all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the journey while soaking up the Australian atmosphere.

On the full day tour we cruise the world heritage listed, crystal clear waters of the Ningaloo Reef. A brief scenic stop at Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, while we spot Australia’s unique wildlife along the way. After a brief supply stop in Exmouth and pickup other passengers, then we drive out to Giralia Station.

Feel the great expanse of the Australian outback as we travel 127km east to experience the Ningaloo outback country arriving at Giralia Station first established in 1888. The history of Giralia is truly absorbing, previous to being destocked in 2007, at its peak, the Station ran 44,000 merino sheep and produced 700 bales of wool.

Arriving in the afternoon enables you to explore Giralia at your own pace, historic buildings, 8 stand shearing shed, jackaroo humpy quarters, shearing quarters, original stone well, old and modern windmills, homestead and the outer station.

If history isn’t your thing, perhaps bird watching, wild flowers, or bush walking will appeal to you. Giralia is home to an abundance of wildlife, as it is now a conservation area. Sit still and simply observe what is around you, or venture off on the Emu and Roo walk trails surrounding the homestead to encounter more of Australia’s amazing outback.

Make sure you’re back for dinner though for a traditional Aussie barbeque, under the stars of the brightly lit Milky Way, while relaxing by the campfire.

After our belly’s are full, we take a slow drive home while you star gaze and spot the wildlife at night leaving the driving to us, with the peace of mind of returning to your own bed.

This journey will leave you with memories you will never forget. The natural beauty and wonders of Ningaloo country at sunset and the night life of Giralia Station in the outback.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Agreement

Bullyardie Outback Adventures (ABN 93 158 241 006) situated at 1112 Murat Road Exmouth Western Australia request that you take the time to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions prior to booking on one of our tours.

By booking a tour with us you agree to have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Dates Itineraries and prices are valid from 1 November 2016 until 31 March 2018. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

It is the responsibility of the person booking the tour on behalf of any participants (themselves included) to ensure that the participants are aware of all conditions and cancellation policies relating to the tour have read and understood the Itinerary and what to bring requirements of the
tour which you are booking.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to amend vary or cancel a tour where in its best judgment due to severe road climatic mechanical failure political or other circumstances
deem it to be necessary or arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary.

2. Privacy Policy

Bullyardie Outback Adventures understands the importance of protecting your privacy. Anyinformation we collect from you may be used for any purpose associated with delivering our tour products. We may from time to time have to pass your details on to our agents service providers or other suppliers to enable delivery of our service. We educate our staff about the requirements of the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act.

To prevent unauthorised access maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information we have put in place appropriate physical electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

3. Acceptance of Risk

Australia has many dangerous creatures extreme weather conditions and often varying terrain. Exploring the areas we visit may increase your personal risk of exposure to these dangers. Safety is our number one priority and we endeavour to ensure passenger safety at all times.

All passengers participating in a Bullyardie Outback Adventures tour do so at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted by Bullyardie Outback Adventures for any loss damage delay injury or accident sustained whilst travelling with us. All passengers will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability prior to departure acknowledging that they are aware of the increased risks associated with outdoor adventure travel. Refer to webpage if you would like to view this in advance. The minimum age for children travelling on our tours is 5 years old at the time of travel. All passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver at all times. While all care is taken the responsibility of children on tour rests entirely with the parent or caregiver. Bullyardie Outback Adventures insists all passengers including children to have their own seat and to wear a seatbelt we recommended they wear shoes at all times use sunblock and wear hats.

4. Limitation of Liability

No liability can be taken by Bullyardie Outback Adventures theowner/operators or any of its affiliates in case of but not limited to damage to personal belongings personal loss site seeing activities water activities bush and beach walking sealed and unsealed road driving.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures operates in outback and remote areas and reserve the right to alter the route itinerary or to cancel the operation if road weather or other conditions dictate. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any curtailment delay or alteration of any tour whether caused by flooding fire road closure mechanical defect or any other causes are the responsibility of the passenger.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures and/or its employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times at any stage of a tour and are not liable for any failure to make connections with any other services or guarantee the operation of any third party service. In the event of break
down or other unforeseen circumstances the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure the continued operation of the tour if possible.

You agree to defend indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates and their respective officers directors equity holders employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims actions demands losses liabilities costs and expenses.

We contract with a network of businesses and individuals to assist in operating our tours. Bullyardie Outback Adventures works with the best operators available but takes no responsibility for any act of neglect by any operator whose services are used as part of our tour. Our suppliers
make every effort to safeguard clients and we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or sickness to any customer which is beyond our control. Passengers should note that adventure travel involves a higher than normal risk and a signed release may be required from all participants from a number of our activity providers.

5. Authority on Tour

Passengers must abide by the tour guides instructions and directions at all time in particular with regard to actions and behaviour in areas with elevated hazards or risks and emergency situations.

All vehicles are fitted with a microphone UHF two-way radio and AM/FM radio. Bullyardie Outback Adventures will ensure to the best of its ability to have them all in good working order. Due to the environment in which we are travelling heat humidity and dust often have an adverse effect
on electronics within the vehicles and as such their use cannot be guaranteed. In such instances guides will make every effort to ensure commentary of significant importance is heard.

6. Payment Policy

Credit Card: Cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or by booking online through our secure booking form. Credit card purchases incur a 2% surcharge.

Cash Payment: Please phone our office 041 891 3626 to check tour availability and confirm your booking. Your tour guide will collect the money on departurel. If you have paid through a booking agent please bring your receipt.

All bookings made via Travel Agents or other booking partners may be subject to their own set of payment terms.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (post or email) and received by Bullyardie Outback Adventures before the time constraints detailed within our Cancellations Policy below. To avoid any miscommunication requests for cancellations or amendments over the phone will not be

The following refund structure in the event of tour cancellation by you:

•100% refund if cancellation occurs 72 hours or more prior of tour
commencement (less 2% fee to cover credit card surcharge bank
fees for credit card payments.

•50% refund if cancellation occurs 24-72 hours prior of tour

•0% refund if cancellation occurs 0-24 hours prior to the tour

Above refunds are at the discretion of the operator in the event of cancellation for any reason by the customers.

All bookings made via Travel Agents or other booking partners may be subject to their own set of payment terms.

Last but not least customers receive a 100% refund if the tour is cancelled on our behalf due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances.

**CRUISE SHIP Passengers booking direct with us please note: The Norwest Cape Peninsula has very unique weather patterns. Sometimes cruise ships are unable to disembark their passengers for shore excursions due to conditions on the eastern side of the Cape (where they anchor) while the weather on the Western side of the Cape (where the glass bottom boat tours operate) is fine. In the event the cruise ship does not disembark its passengers on the day of your tour with us our
standard tour cancellation policy (as stated above) still applies.

Special cancellation policies apply to all exclusive charters. Please enquire at the time of booking.

We accept no responsibility for lost stolen or damaged property and recommend that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance. Bullyardie Outback Adventures will accept no responsibility for any injury illness or other such accident sustained whilst on tour. Any children travelling will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Bullyardie Outback Adventures insists all passengers including children to have their own seat and to wear a seatbelt we recommended passengers wear shoes at all times use sunblock and wear hats.

8. Change of Itinerary

Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to amend tour times itineraries and fares for its products as circumstances time of year and operational reasons occur as per our cancellation policy; delays incurred due to mechanical failure accident weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee exact pick-up and drop-off times and will accept no responsibility in the event of cancellation fees from other connecting services.

9. Things you should know

All of the tours we offer are active participation based. We rely on the good will and cooperation of all passengers to make them a success.
Due to space restrictions on our vehicle please limit your luggage. Any additional luggage should be stored at your accommodation where possible. Our group sizes will be a maximum of 17 passengers depending on the adventure. Our bus does not have available seating for children under the age of 5 years.

10. What to bring on our Tours

We suggest you bring these items with you to add further comfort for your tour and where meals are not supplied.

Summer Sundowner & Turtle Tour 6hrs - 4pm to 10pm

“Back to Nature Adventure”

Please note there are no shopping facilities available on this tour.

Bring your own Esky/Cold Box picnic drinks nibbles and fold up chair if you wish.

A wide brimmed hat sunscreen insect repellent fly net (summer).
Any special medication needs you have (asthma puffers epipen antihistamine - Cold storage available).
Water bottle (at least 2 litres).
Comfortable Walking shoes/boots.
Light clothing light long sleeve shirt and trousers help if there are insects around.
Camera (lots of memory and battery).
A great sense of adventure.

Explore Ningaloo Outback 10hrs 11.30am to 9.30pm

"Where the Ocean Meets the Outback”

Important: Bring your own lunch snacks & drink for this tour.

Important: Giralia Station is 127 kms east of Exmouth and is very remote no shops or medical services. We will stop at shops in Exmouth for a short 15 mins for you to get supplies if required.

Explorer Ningaloo Outback 6.5hrs 3.00pm to 9.30pm

“Go Bush at Giralia Station”

Passengers are welcome to bring their own beverages for barbeque if you wish. Tea & Coffee is available.

Torch (flash light).
A wide brimmed hat sunscreen insect repellent and fly net-optional.
Any special medication needs you have (asthma puffers epipen antihistamine - Cold storage available)
Water bottle (at least 3 litres).
Comfortable walking shoes/boots.
Warm clothing (it can get cold out at Giralia Station at night time).
Bathers/towel (optional).
Camera (lots of memory and battery).
A great sense of adventure.

11. Travel Insurance

Due to the remote places we visit and the adventurous nature of our tours Travel Insurance is recommended for all guests. This clause is included as a duty of care to protect our customers and all levels of the travel distribution chain but excludes those nationals of countries where local
law prohibits a compulsory service that is not included in the tour price. Whilst Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for these nationals we will not apply these booking conditions where law prohibits.

12. Health and Medical Requirements

Due to the vast distances travelled on our adventures you will be 2 hours from medical facilities. It is the responsibility of you and your Agent to declare any known medical condition(s) at the time of booking. Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to request additional information and/or medical clearance (at your own expense) before confirming your reservation.
Upon joining our adventure tour Bullyardie Outback Adventures requires you to re-confirm any medical condition(s) to your guide and enough medication should be carried for the duration of your adventure cold storage is available.

Our tours are an easy paced level of fitness depending on how much you wish to explore the decision is yours you may encounter rough uneven ground (often in intense heat in summer) and climb (or descend) steps or steep inclines. We recommend you discuss any medical or fitness
concerns with our staff prior to booking. We will try our best to accommodate your needs where possible. In the interests of Health and Safety. Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to refuse travel due to any medical conditions and/or fitness level which we deem necessary. Bullyardie Outback Adventures will not be liable for any additional expenses or cancellation fees imposed by ourselves or third parties incurred as a result of refusal to travel due to non-disclosure. We
recommend travel insurance to all our guests.

13. Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies

If you have any food allergies or specific dietary needs please contact us prior the tour to discuss these requirements and we will advise you if they can be catered for. Please note only red meat is cooked for the barbeque on the Winter tour "Go Bush at Giralia Station" and “Where the Ocean Meets the Outback”. Barbeque meat will be lamb chops and beef sausages. We operate in a remote part of Western Australia thus; certain foods are not always readily available. In these instances we will advise you to provide your own supplementary food/ snacks depending on your
specific requirements.

14. Photos and Marketing

You consent to us using images of you taken during the tour for advertising and other promotional purposes in any medium as we require. You agree that the use of these images is without recourse to you and without compensation to you.

15. Copyright and Intellectual property

Except as expressly provided on this website Bullyardie Outback Adventures holds all copyright and other intellectual property rights in this website (www.bullyardieoutbackadventures.com.au) and the information on this website and reserves all of its rights.

16. Display Distribution Reproduction of material on Website

You may electronically reproduce the information on this website solely for the purpose of viewing and/or storing that information for your own use. You may not display or distribute any information on this website or reproduction of any such information in or to the public without our prior written permission. For information on obtaining permission to display distribute or reproduce any part of this website contact gobush@bullyardie.com.au Where such permission is granted appropriate acknowledgement of Bullyardie Outback Adventures
must be made.

17. Feedback

If you have any feedback regarding your trip please inform the tour guide at the time so they can try and rectify the issue. If after this time you still wish to provide us with some feedback please put your concerns in writing and email gobush@bullyardie.com.au

18. Applicable Law

The laws of Western Australia govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes in connection with a tour or these Terms and Conditions must be initiated in the courts of Western Australia.
