Summer Sundowner and Turtle Tour

“Back to Nature Adventure“

We start our journey by visiting the Vlamingh Head lighthouse, this is where we kick back and relax under the shade with your drinks and nibbles, a visit to the Jurabi Turtle Centre, as well as a turtle rookery 2 hour guided interaction and educational tour conducted by Parks and Wildlife staff under the stars, and wildlife spotting on the slow drive home.

For your peace of mind, and convenience, we take the worry out of driving home at night, and deliver you safely back to your door.

Cruise the world heritage listed, crystal clear waters of the Ningaloo Reef. Take a slow drive to the Vlamingh Head Lighthouse, while spotting Australia’s unique wildlife along the way. Visit Giralia Station and absorb the history dating back to 1888. Feel the great expanse of the Australian Outback as you enjoy a traditional Aussie barbeque under the stars of the Milky Way. All this, with the peace of mind of returning to your own bed, for a well-deserved sleep.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures (ABN 93 158 241 006) situated at 1112 Murat Road Exmouth Western Australia request that you take the time to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions prior to booking on one of our tours.

By booking a tour with us you agree to have read and accept these Terms and Conditions.
*******************************************************************************
Dates Itineraries and prices are valid from 1 November 2016 until 31 March 2018. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

It is the responsibility of the person booking the tour on behalf of any participants (themselves included) to ensure that the participants are aware of all conditions and cancellation policies relating to the tour have read and understood the Itinerary and what to bring requirements of the tour which you are booking.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to amend vary or cancel a tour where in its best judgment due to severe road climatic mechanical failure political or other circumstances deem it to be necessary or arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary.

2. Privacy Policy

Bullyardie Outback Adventures understands the importance of protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from you may be used for any purpose associated with delivering our tour products. We may from time to time have to pass your details on to our agents service providers or other suppliers to enable delivery of our service. We educate our staff about the requirements of the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act.

3. Acceptance of Risk

Australia has many dangerous creatures extreme weather conditions and often varying terrain. Exploring the areas we visit may increase your personal risk of exposure to these dangers. Safety is our number one priority and we endeavour to ensure passenger safety at all times.

All passengers participating in a Bullyardie Outback Adventures tour do so at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted by Bullyardie Outback Adventures for any loss damage delay injury or accident sustained whilst travelling with us. All passengers will be required to sign a Waiver of Liability prior to departure acknowledging that they are aware of the increased risks associated with outdoor adventure travel. This is available on our website. The minimum age for children travelling on our tours is 5 years old at the time of travel. All passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or caregiver at all times. While all care is taken the responsibility of children on tour rests entirely with the parent or caregiver. Bullyardie Outback Adventures insists all passengers including children to have their own seat and to wear a seatbelt we recommended they wear shoes at all times use sunblock and wear hats.

4. Limitation of Liability

No liability can be taken by Bullyardie Outback Adventures the owner/operators or any of its affiliates in case of but not limited to damage to personal belongings personal loss site seeing activities water activities bush and beach walking sealed and unsealed road driving. Bullyardie Outback Adventures operates in outback and remote areas and reserve the right to alter the route itinerary or to cancel the operation if road weather or other conditions dictate. Any personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any curtailment delay or alteration of any tour whether caused by flooding fire road closure mechanical defect or any other causes are the responsibility of the passenger.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures and/or its employees are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times at any stage of a tour and are not liable for any failure to make connections with any other services or guarantee the operation of any third party service. In the event of break down or other unforeseen circumstances the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified to ensure the continued operation of the tour if possible.

We contract with a network of businesses and individuals to assist in operating our tours. Bullyardie Outback Adventures works with the best operators available but takes no responsibility for any act of neglect by any operator whose services are used as part of our tour. Our suppliers make every effort to safeguard clients and we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or sickness to any customer which is beyond our control. Passengers should note that adventure travel involves a higher than normal risk and a signed release may be required from all participants from a number of our activity providers.

5. Authority on Tour

Passengers must abide by the tour guides instructions and directions at all time in particular with regard to actions and behaviour in areas with elevated hazards or risks and emergency situations.

All vehicles are fitted with a microphone UHF two-way radio and AM/FM radio. Bullyardie Outback Adventures will ensure to the best of its ability to have them all in good working order. Due to the environment in which we are travelling heat humidity and dust often have an adverse effect on electronics within the vehicles and as such their use cannot be guaranteed. In such instances guides will make every effort to ensure commentary of significant importance is heard.

6. Payment Policy

Credit Card: Cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or by booking online through our secure booking form. Credit card purchases incur a 2% surcharge.

Cash Payment: Please phone our office 041 891 3626 to check tour availability and confirm your booking. Your tour guide will collect the money on arrival. If you have paid through a booking agent please bring your receipt.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (post or email) and received by Bullyardie Outback Adventures before the time constraints detailed within our Cancellations Policy below. To avoid any miscommunication requests for cancellations or amendments over the phone will not be accepted.

The following refund structure in the event of tour cancellation by you:

** 100% refund if cancellation occurs 72 hours or more prior of tour commencement (less 2% fee to cover credit card surcharge bank fees for credit card payments.
*******************************************************************************
** 50% refund if cancellation occurs 24-72 hours prior of tour commencement.
*******************************************************************************
** 0% refund if cancellation occurs 0-24 hours prior to the tour commencement.
*******************************************************************************
Above refunds are at the discretion of the operator in the event of cancellation for any reason by the customers.

All bookings made via Travel Agents or other booking partners may be subject to their own set of payment terms.

Last but not least customers receive a 100% refund if the tour is cancelled on our behalf due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances.

**CRUISE SHIP Passengers booking direct with us please note: The Norwest Cape Peninsula has very unique weather patterns. Sometimes cruise ships are unable to disembark their passengers for shore excursions due to conditions on the eastern side of the Cape (where they anchor) while the weather on the Western side of the Cape (where the glass bottom boat tours operate) is fine. In the event the cruise ship does not disembark its passengers on the day of your tour with us our standard tour cancellation policy (as stated above) still applies.
Special cancellation policies apply to all exclusive charters. Please enquire at the time of booking.

We accept no responsibility for lost stolen or damaged property and recommend that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance. Bullyardie Outback Adventures will accept no responsibility for any injury illness or other such accident sustained whilst on tour. 8. Change of Itinerary

Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to amend tour times itineraries and fares for its products as circumstances time of year and operational reasons occur as per our cancellation policy; delays incurred due to mechanical failure accident weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. We cannot guarantee exact pick-up and drop-off times and will accept no responsibility in the event of cancellation fees from other connecting services.

9. Things you should know

All of the tours we offer are active participation based. We rely on the good will and cooperation of all passengers to make them a success.
Due to space restrictions on our vehicle please limit your luggage. Any additional luggage should be stored at your accommodation where possible. Our group sizes will be a maximum of 15 - 16 passengers depending on the adventure. There is a maximum limit of 15 passengers on our Summer Sundowner & Turtle Tour and a minimum age of 8 years this is requested due to the noise factor as this will disturb nesting turtles on tour.

We suggest you bring these items with you to add further comfort for your tour and where meals are not supplied. Our Bus will tow a caged trailer if required where your effects will be safe.

****Important: Giralia Station is approx 130km east of Exmouth and is very remote no shops or medical services. We will stop at shops in Exmouth for a short 20mins for you to get supplies if required.

11. Travel Insurance

Due to the remote places we visit and the adventurous nature of our tours Travel Insurance is recommended for all guests. This clause is included as a duty of care to protect our customers and all levels of the travel distribution chain but excludes those nationals of countries where local law prohibits a compulsory service that is not included in the tour price. Whilst Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for these nationals we will not apply these booking conditions where law prohibits it.

12. Health and Medical Requirements

Due to the vast distances travelled on our adventures you will be 2 hours from medical facilities. It is the responsibility of you and your Agent to declare any known medical condition(s) at the time of booking.

Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to request additional information and/or medical clearance (at your own expense) before confirming your reservation.

Upon joining our adventure tour Bullyardie Outback Adventures requires you to re-confirm any medical condition(s) to your guide and enough medication should be carried for the duration of your adventure cold storage is available.

Our tours are an easy paced level of fitness depending on how much you wish to explore the decision is yours you may encounter rough uneven ground (often in intense heat in summer) and climb (or descend) steps or steep inclines. We recommend you discuss any medical or fitness concerns with our staff prior to booking. We will try our best to accommodate your needs where possible.

In the interests of health and safety Bullyardie Outback Adventures reserves the right to refuse travel due to any medical conditions and/or fitness level which we deem necessary. 13. Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies

If you have any food allergies or specific dietary needs please contact us prior the tour to discuss these requirements and we will advise you if they can be catered for. Please note only red meat is cooked for the barbeque on the Winter tour “Where the Ocean Meets the Outback”. Barbeque meat will be beef steak and lamb chops. We operate in a remote part of Western Australia thus; certain foods are not always readily available. In these instances we will advise you to provide your own supplementary food/ snacks depending on your specific requirements.

You consent to us using images of you taken during the tour for advertising and other promotional purposes in any medium as we require. You agree that the use of these images is without recourse to you and without compensation to you.
