Travel arrangements and prices detailed on this www internet site are provided and coordinated by the Exmouth Visitor Centre.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking at any accommodation displayed on our site.

The Exmouth Visitor Centre has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on this www internet site as at the time of compilation. However, as the relevant accommodation and tour operators on this www internet site supply this information, it accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription contained on this www internet site, or information as so supplied. Sales of services as contained on this www internet site are made by the Exmouth Visitor Centre only as an agent for the person, business or company providing the services.

The Exmouth Visitor Centre does not accept responsibility for any changes in price variation of services shown. All services and prices are subject to change without notice. All maps, photographs, illustrations and computer-based graphics are included for general purposes only and are not always indicative of the subject matter. Privacy Policy

Information of all transactions is required to be held by law (for taxation purposes), however, no information is passed to alternative sources for advertising or monetary gain. Properties will be supplied with your name, type of room required, arrival date and departure dates and any special requests or comments.

Validity of Rates

Accommodation costs are for room only and do not include transfer or breakfast cost unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax. Prices over accommodation block out periods may alter from the prices advertised. Contact us for further details.

Deposit payments are due to confirm any bookings taken by the Exmouth Visitor Centre. Please proceed to our Secure Payment form to submit credit card details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) must be made in writing and will attract a 15% fee by the Exmouth Visitor Centre (inc. GST). An amendment fee of $11.00 will be charged for any alterations to any confirmed bookings. The operator may also charge a cancellation fee. 

Internet and phone bookings will incur a $4.95 booking fee.

We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation/tour of a similar standard in the case of the accommodation/tour operator overbooking their property/service, or for any reason beyond our control. Tours These operators reserve the right to alter itineraries at any time as a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond their control.

When you Visit us in Person

Our helpful, friendly staff will attend to visitors promptly and attempt to deal with an enquiry directly without unnecessary referrals or transfers.

In instances where we are not able to address your query, we will provide you with the name of the person who can assist, and make attempts for you to speak with them (in person or by phone). If that person is not readily available, we will request that they contact you directly.

When you Contact us via Telephone

We will answer your call promptly, identify ourselves, and endeavor to deal with an enquiry directly without unnecessary referrals or transfers. When unattended you will have the option of leaving a voicemail message. If you leave a message, you can expect that your call will be returned at the first opportunity (within 24 hours).

If we cannot deal with a telephone enquiry we will provide you with the name of the person the request or enquiry will be referred to or, if that information is not readily available, we will request the relevant person to contact you directly. Attempts will be made to transfer you to them in the first instance.

Where a member of staff is likely to be unavailable for more than one business day, you can expect that the staff member would make arrangements for someone else to help you.

Calls made to the Exmouth Visitor Centre’s general number after business hours will be diverted to the afterhours message service.

When you Contact us via Email

We will acknowledge your email within one working day.

If a full reply is not possible then you will be notified of a timeframe for response and a contact person.

Emails sent to staff directly will be responded to as promptly as possible within the service standards of individual work units (no later than 2 working days).

When you Write to us

We will respond within 10 working days.

If a full reply is not possible then you will receive an acknowledgment which will indicate the time the reply can be expected and the name of the staff member to contact with queries.
